once official news (PR's) of rig arrival and commencement of drilling it won't matter. SP will move up swiftly. This could happen tomorrow. Literally. Blocks 2 and 4 are going to start drilling in about 22 days.

Remember when people were saying the same things back when we were at $.31-32 or whatever.
