I tried to move it from my margine acct. to the TFSA and at first they said no problem in swapping to the tfsa but when they tried it came up on their system no it is on the restricted list but could not give a difinitive reason. Could be it is considered a penny stock. This may not be a problem for all brokerages check with yours and if it works let me know and I will switch brokers.
