my guess is that I have no idea. It's simply unfathomable at this point that no OFFICIAL statement has been made. Then again, if that last 'email' that was supposed to be from him is REALLY from him..I hope he has enough money to hire a PR writer with a spell check and grammar checker.

of course..then again....there's no real company with real assets that anyone knows of...so why should it get any attention from the media. At least Overstock has SOMETHING to legitimately complain about.

we all can postulate until the cows come home about the legality and/or whatever of the DTC, SEC, BFD or whatever and how much they've screwed this company, but I simply feel that NOBODY knows the entire story.
