A PR from Tom explaining, point by point, the travisty of the situation etc is needed (at a minimum.) What could possibly be the reason we are not seeing a press release from Tom Megas at this time? Lack of money or not throwing good money after bad? Liabilities? If you don't have a statement at this point (in the form of a PRESS RELEASE) and all you can do is fire-off emails as shareholders, it doesn't bode well for a positive outcome.
