I am a shareholder of Chemtura Corporation. I would like to ask your honor to appoint a stockholder's committee in order to protect the interest of all share holders.

A few months ago, Chemtura had an offer to be bought at about $9/share and unfortunately their Board of Directors rejected the offer. Your Honor, there is great value for this fine company and the shareholders are entitled to receive a fair price. With your approval I would like a shareholder committee to be formed.
