I don't think HGLC is a scam. It may be a printing press of some sort, or some kind of sick minded 3 card monte game (moving assets from one shell to another), but HGLC owns the claims it says it does. As for the share structure, that is the purple elephant farting quietly in the corner of the room

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
