Your forgetting one thing, They must do a R/S...hands down....must be done....To many O/S....So if they can get their O/S down to 500 million by doing a 10-1....all would be good in my eyes, and we could run up to $1 with no huge dips. Going from .01 to .9 on any news(w/o a split) is nearing impossible, but if we get news that they are doing anything less than a 50-1 along with financing/buyout...we will see the holy grail...IMHO
