It is a remarkable feat, is it not? Even more astonishing is how this failed CEO with a singular record of poor judgment could ever have been voted "Man of the Year" by his peers in the insurance industry. Obviously, this man is much better suited to selling insurance than running a promising biomedical firm. Even if this firm somehow resolves its legal issues and survives intact, success can come only under a CEO with better thinking and delegational skills than this one.
