I have searched very hard and found a law firm that IS going to take our case. Look for a public announcement within a few weeks.

There will likely be a phone number listed in the public announcement for you to call and join the Class Action Law Suit.

If this board gets shut down, I will look for ya'll on the Google Board that someone mentioned or on the "new" Shearson Board if they start trading again.

Please, immediately begin obtaining any info on Shearson Financial Network that you can. This includes Press Releases and SEC Filings and Statements.

Shearson has already gone back and "revised" some of their previous released documents.

Once they learn of a Class Action Suit, they are likely to try to cover their tracks even more. However, our lawyer states that we have a very strong case and that what Shearson did is totally illegal.
