I'd say things are lookin' pretty good here. The reason most BK's end in canceled shares is because there is not enough liquidity or $$'s to pay off the debtor's, so in the natural progression of capitalism, they take the pot of gold - usually in new equity.

An asset sale should relinquish all doubts about that issue and I believe we'll see that happening here in the short term. IMO, we will all be very rich this year.
