Tom was the first person I met last June when I attended the SHM at the Spooz offices. He seemed to be a bright, friendly guy and was very (seemingly) open about Spooz. In particular, he was fairly informative about he lawsuit against the two bad guys. I think that was the first I had heard of the theft of the software, etc.
He did seem to pretty well toe the company line as far as marketing and sales objectives were concerned. I lost all my notes in a computer crash, so I'm having trouble remembering everything that was said at the SHM but I'm sure somebody here has a copy of our notes.

My posts are my opinion only. I am LONG until I am able to retire in the manner to which I'd like to become accustomed.
