PA and others already agreed to give their 53% which means that the deal is done. What I think this company is doing is getting all the stock they can at this price and then making a higher offer for the rest including PAs portion. I don't think they are managing to get a lot b/c of the churn. If they did want a lot they would push the price up. That may well happen as they get closer to making an offer. If the price begins to climb you can be certain that another offer is in the making. I may buy some of my shares back for this exact reason.

Heck if the company just sweetens the offer to $3 a share PA and others would take it. why not it's 36 cents more.
