Just for some perspective I checked out some old ctic discussions Ther was R/S, PR with no subsequent rise in PPS. Accusations of pumping. People throwing in the towel at .06.
The price took some big dumps and people ran, and people held tight. One gentleman is practically laughed at for for quoting a Zacks article saying CTIC could reach 6.00.
