I actually do know the correlation between actuall pps and what the company actually receives for shares, which is exactly why they have to play games (like announcing a F/S without following through atleast once) to get the pps up because they do not receive the full pps per share.

With regards to your other questions, I respond with a question.

Did AMNE not know the procedure the TA follows when giving FINRA a date in advance and did they not know what finra does when a date is not set in advance?

If they didn't know the proper procedure, they should have known.

If the did know, then they purposefully and misleadingly put out a PR talking about June 1st being the date of record for the F/S when they had not already taken the proper steps to make that happen.

How is that not playing games?
