no one is bashing the stock. i think it is a great company. look at the reality of number of shares. over 1 billion authorized and right now over 700 million o/s. no one is bashing a stock who thinks that it may have a r/s of 10 to 1, and get listed on the nasdaq at perhaps 5 or 10 pps.

and with less than 200 million in 0/s at that point, and sales coming in , the stock flies up because of lower share total-the law of supply and demand. spng is a great co. but if you think they are not going to have a r/s , dude, you are naive.
