IMO, the current increase, whatever it is, is not what it seems; there's more to it; something is up. I'm speculating but it could be related to:

1. Trustee sale settlement
2. LT financing deal
3. ST loan deal / collateral
4. Concentrate deal
5. Capital needs (duh)
6. New partner??
7. Retaining majority control??

Still dilution but not in the traditional sense of flooding the open market with these shares that pinks usually do... again, jmo.
