Looking back over old sec filings during the time when it was trading at $17.50 they had appox 75mill shares outstanding
This was just prior to a fda decison also.
This gave Genta a market cap of 1.3125 bil, Year 2002.

Now if you were to convert the same value to today o/s shares it would be 1.3 bil market cap /6 bil o/s = .21875

Is this were they got the value of approx .20
My guess is they expect they should be able to reach this value with postive news about a partnership and an FDA or Euro application submitted again.
