APSO ready for reversal?

I'm still a bit of a novice, so I'm looking for feedback.

Hit a 52 week low on 6/4, now trading .017, just coming out of squeeze, DMI, moving averages bullish, volume up.

I think it's going to bounce back to mid .02 or 03, any thoughts?
