Lets look at it another way:
GE sells 4000 to 6000 of these a year ( don't know exact number but I beleive this is in the ballpark) Lets say worse case.
4000 x 1,000,0000 ( which is what I beleive GE is selling for and if you add options to this, its is more than likely even more) Thats 4,000,000,000. ( again low case scenario )

would I sell for 12 1/2% of its worth ? ? no.
Don't get me wrong , I'm not saying they would get 4,000,000,000 for the Rights but I can't help but think they would do a little better than this if they were to sell outright.... JMO of course...
