As I mentioned, I didn't hear it, and I am ordinarily very focused on reading between the lines. So I don't have my own impressions to go on in this case, maybe I'll listen to the replay over the weekend. But keep in mind that so far as any gamesmanship is concerned, reminding potential M&A suitors that they could still try to stay independent, and sell off pieces to do that, is another way to push them to act sooner rather than later: If they don't, their fear would be that Cortex might sell off the piece they want the most (and that piece might be different, for different companies).
