Belmont holds NO PREFERREDS. GET REAL! Look, I am a long and not happy with Jared. Of course, I am keeping my thoughts to myself only because I am long and it just would be stupid to add to the venomous discussion, even though many have valid points. I just don't want to contribute to my losses by saying anything negative. Everybody's already done that for me. No need for any negative input from my end.
However, back to my reason for this post. STOP WITH THE BELMONT HAS PREFERREDS BS! Thats garbage. Do you really think that Belmont would have filed its sour grapes lawsuit if it had those preferreds? There would have been no need to! And before anybody questions the veracity of my statement that its a sour grapes lawsuit, I can assure you my word is a far more reliable than anybody's ridiculous regurgitation of nonsense just to feel like they are important! Fortunately, I am quite familiar with the nature of the Belmont suit and I know its BS. I do not agree with Jared on very much, but I do agree with him on the Belmont BS. The lawsuit was carefully timed. Its a frivolous suit and its only a shame that EESO probably does not have the resources to really pursue a counterclaim against Belmont, because they would do quite well. Of course, the biggest problem is that Belmont probably doesn't have a pot to piss in so it doesn't pay to pursue any judgment against them anyway.
In any event, I am not asking anybody to believe me as to the whether the Belmont suit is frivolous or not. Thats a matter of opinion. And nobody needs to believe whether I even know what the hell I am talking about. But you have to be an idiot if you think Belmont is holding the Preferred Shares!
