With all of the guessing as to why the selling of shares, I cannot help but believe that it is for the companies sake!

Maybe they have tried other means for financing but they don't like the offer. Who knows why.

1. There is no income yet
2. Payroll has to be met along with rent etc...
3. Marketing is going to be costly
4. I feel that other products are being developed (need money for that)

And I could probably think of more but we have not been shown that they have any financing so how else will can they go on without selling?

We do not know what they really need (we complain because we know ) and yet they have no income. I feel the same as everyone else about them selling but I am going to remain satisfied because I am trusting that what they are doing with what they know and what I don't know is for the good of all of us.

I am sure that they have not come this far just to screw things up.

I'm not trying to pump but rather express my opinion that their goal is to bring this product to market and that they are trying to do it with what means they have to do it with.

We must have faith that things will turn out great in the end !!!
