This kind of thing is what I was referring to in an earlier post. There are 10 billion shares authorized. That means, THEORETICALLY, that only 2 Billion shares can be outstanding just prior to the split. After watching this board and the action on the stock, it just seemed like we should be getting close to that 2 Billion OS figure. It looks like it is 70% there.....That's not taking into account the shares the company might want to hold in reserve OR the equity deal for Paradigm purchase (Which would cost the company about 113 million shares at todays price). Now what happens when we max out on outstanding shares is the question???? Does the stock finally get TRADED??? Does the company opt for an even higher share authorization??? or Does the 5/1 split not go forward as stated?? It's got to be one of those, because when your maxed out your maxed out...Only so much air can go into the balloon........I definitely believe the split will occur, but anything other than the first one occurring would NOT be a good thing. IMO
