I am being too optimistic but logic is logic
Scenario 007: If the Share holders committee brings back the buyers to the table or any body interested in buying Chemtura can offer the price and BOD don’t have choice except to present the offer to the court, even if the price is 30-40% less than the $9 ( even though you guys don’t agree to the price )
Given the judge past ruling,
"Good business reasons exist for conducting the sale," Judge Gerber said.
