I know they will see more than a 2.4% recovery, and I know that Weil and the gang are/will continue to fight hard.

I'm not knocking the stock, but I would take as many profits as you can because it's gonna go down.

If "they" wanted to keep this out of reach, then they could just bump it up to $50 - $100 right now.
