President's Letter - August 2004

Dear Shareholders,

I am pleased to tell you that today New Visual's registration statement has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission this week. I am very happy to have fulfilled this obligation to our new investors and want you to know that we are working hard to reward their confidence in us.

Now that this registration and the so called "quiet period" are behind us, we can resume regular updates of our business developments and plans, subject, of course, to applicable rules governing disclosure and other related matters. I am excited about the things that we have to share, and am confident that you will see, as I do, that New Visual has gotten much closer to its ambitious goal of becoming a powerful semiconductor company.

In the coming days and weeks, I plan to provide you with updates on our progress in our technologies, our film and the financial and the organizational areas. I think that you're going to like what we've been doing, now that our 'quiet period' is behind us.
