AMNE may have good intentions but the way they play with the Share Structure has me shaking my head.
Seems simple, PR a forward split with the dates and come thru with the action.
For a company that boasts about their marketing progress they sure could use some help with their filing process. IMO makes them look like they are either playing games or just plain stupid, and it’s not a good way to build shareholder confidence.

Do not believe a word I say, I am a mean old grumpy dummy who dislikes any type phony baloney. You want to make money, work for it, do your DD.
