Hi Venu, glad you are posting, when are we going to get that seat on the board? LOL

I've watched it close and Chemtura did make a major impairment to goodwill in December, so they are adjusting goodwill to current market conditions up front. It is an important factor for us and it appears to be well under control, but we need to keep a constant eye on it.
