If someone/company is secretly buying up shares prior to announcement wouldn't that be insider trading. I do realize deals are made all the time. I'm just starting to get a little confused.
What if GNTA stock has been secretly naked shorted since 20.00 pps. Somebody would really like to lock in mammouth profits before a deal goes thru which would explain the price being kept where it is.
All I'm saying is you see or read about the corruption in our capital markets. Is this an example? If we play their game it can lead to big returns.
