I suspect Matt DID use IHub, but I don't know how. It certainly wasn't via his handle. If he had other aliases, it is news (from what I know) to the other admin. So, that only leaves one option - he enabled others to use IHub for his illicit gains.
However, since 1) there is ZERO evidence of it IMO and 2) the SEC has not charged MATT with using IHUB for illicit gains and 3) the ramifications of MATT using IHUB for illicit gains are much worse than anything else to 99% of us...
... THEN, I'm going to argue that until there is proof, IHub was not used by Matt for illicit gains. You don't know that it was and neither does anyone else here. If it comes to pass that he did, then let the chips fall where they may - even if it means IHub is sued out of existence.
