Time to report CHUMP Evans to SEC!!
I did NOT call the LYING EVANS today. If he is so desperate to create this wild LIE, what else would he LIE about? Let’s review:
1. After LYING EVANS bought IGTP shell he created rumors that there was a low float and that he would be buying shares up to .10. He then hid the real share structure from us for the first few months. Once the structure was announced, it was clear he had increased and DILUTED the number of outstanding shares. He still REFUSES to give us the makeup of the free float shares.
2. He pretended on at least 2 blogs that he maybe should buy shares. He even looked around the room and whispered I better make certain I can. Well, this is the second shell LYING EVANS has bought and he knows whether he can buy shares or not. Plus, has anybody ever seen anybody in LYING EVAN’s HQ? Why does he seem to always be the only one around and why did he get so violently mad when a shareholder wanted to visit today?
3. LYING EVANS announced in PR he planned to acquire at least 6 companies by end of June and that all would have significant revenue. He purchased (no details) a weird and worthless web site with NO revenue and then purchased (with no details) an Atlanta TV show that is not currently in production and has ZERO revenue. He has completely ignored questions on when we’re actually getting 6 acquisitions with significant revenue.
4. LYING EVANS said he had juicy juicy PRs……in fact a new product for every week over the next few weeks. We got one PR of some crappy repackaged software that I’m guessing has few to any sales. Since then we have had ZERO product announcements.
5. LYING EVANS said he would announce something that no other OTC CEO has ever done. Well…..he actually did what every scumbag stinky pinkie scam CEO does…..announce a spinoff!!! A SPOOFEM spinoff……but has refused to say when it will happen and new COO refers to it as “if” it happens.
6. LYING Evans announced a dividend!! WOOOOO HOOOOO Oh wait……it’s in the 4th quarter? And it’s only if we have some profit? Geee…..sucks to be us!!!!
7. Now PUMPIN GREG is so desperate to sell shares (that’s right folks he’s been selling since day one, shares already in the free float) that he is hitting us with the cruise fluff PR. Has anybody ever heard of a real company having a shareholder’s meeting on a cruise ship!!?? How about delivering some of the above first CHUMP!!?? He’s off playing shuffleboard yet refuses to tell us the revenue projections. Does anybody…I mean anybody think this egomaniac would hide the revenue numbers if they were good? I’m guessing there is very little revenue and its likely getting worse each day.
I have a folder of Greg’s video blogs and copies of posts here that I believe to be Greg (just look for posts with spelling errors like those on his web site) or Ligatt employees. I’m sending them to SEC and FBI as Greg claims to have a contract with FBI. I happen to know for a fact he does NOT. He probably is still on probation. We’re not dealing with a genius folks. His is illiterate and can barely talk and write. In addition, after I sent some nasty emails to him, someone tried to hack into my computer and that is being run down as well. Remember, this genius and #1 Hacker in America was caught rather easily!! LOL Time to get that orange suit ready Greggy boy!!! : )
