They stashed the 6 million into 24 Hong Kong bank accounts and were distributing it proportionately to their individual involvements of the said plan.

As I recall, that's not what the indictment says. The HK accounts appear to have been Matt's. The proceeds of their manipulations were distributed in other ways.
