Lets hope they have money left over after paying Banco Panamericano per 8K dated 11/21/08 and LaJalla Cove Investors Per 8K Feb 5 2009 with all the sales they made in the first quarter. LMAO Expect the A/S to go up with the convertible Debenture and the sale of securities with out registration. old news
