I believe at the time I said "valid point." It certainly seems to have applied to several companies with news coming out of ASCO, though I don't follow that area closely. There is a magnifying effect, beta on steroids. Cortex has never (no, that's not true, they hit 8 or so in 1996 (?) when Gary Lynch gave an impromptu talk at SFN, and it meshed with an uptick in micro bio interest)--OK, rarely have events synchronized well. But if, in the next few weeks (how long will this last? haven't the faintest idea), they have good news, the positive effects would probably be greater than usual.
