If I'm not mistaken, May 20th was when the elections in India were over. An outgoing government is restricted in signing deals for the last 6 weeks they are in power in an effort to curb corruption etc. Now that the new gov't is in power the deal can be finalized. That's why May 20th was important. Hopefully there is a NR sometime soon because this company has a tiger by the tail with these new solar panels they have the rights to. I'm sure the India project will not be the last one they will be involved with.
