Poptech, I believe that we are fighting this case because of the unseen others on the sidelines who are watching. It is not about winning a nominal settlement with future commissions built in. It is about convincing others not to go the same route as Scanbuy. A win here is not about immediate term money, it is about defining the future playing field, and we can be sure that others are watching. JMO, the lawyers in the room would be much better qualified to give an opinion.
