This "gem" gets funnier/more pathetic by the day/PR.

Perhaps if "someone" was already taking a trip to the Bahamas to perhaps stash their ill-gotten gains in some off shore bank, the trip wouldn't be a bad idea for "cover".
Other than that it's beyond absurd!
I would also suggest that "someone" have some heavy security because I have read that many people on these cruises have been found missing once they reach their destination.

Besides the general shear idiocy of this proposed meeting, the burden of required time and money to attend puts this "out of reach" for the vast majority of shareholders...besides which, anything that might need to be discussed/reviewed does not require more than a few hours...NOT days!

A very simple alternative [and perhaps a safer one for Greggie_boy, LOL] is a teleconference.
And if a followup teleconference were needed because more info was needed that wasn't covered in the first...it's just as easy.
