I agree. We have spent 5 years in court. What is the value prop? NeoMedia started this circus and I believe it is time to stop it. Let's go sell without anyone wondering the outcome of a court case. Let's have the share price be unrestrained by uncertain outcome of a jury.

However, reading the sentiment of this board, it seems the objective is a big win in court. In that case, we crush Scanbuy and they can't even pay the damages, much less any licensing fee.
