Don't think so, the latest corporate filing to sell stock was a year and half ago and to do so in any meaningful way would require a S-1, S-2 or Reg 504 filing

April 30, 2009 there were 47,724,132 shares of common stock outstanding.
January 30, 2009, there were 47,724,132 shares of common stock outstanding.
October 29, 2008 there were 47,724,132 shares of Common Stock outstanding.
July 16, 2008 there were 47,472,882 shares of Common Stock, $.01 par value per share, outstanding.

and as you can see ALIF hasn't sold a single share for some time
