June 4 Shareholder Bulletin

Dear Shareholders,

The audit was completed this morning, June 4, and Eternal Image is returning the required Management Rep Letter to the auditors later today.

Eternal Image will now begin integrating the audited financial statements into the Form 10K for completion.
