I agree that a class action suite as step one would be a waste of money. Enough complaints, reasonably written will probably already do the trick and a derivative action against Strickland is a must. The theft of spooztoolz alone is reason enough and there are a lot of others. It doesn't matters if spooztoolz goes to 50 % to a lawyer or to 70% and more to Unwin.
I have a very good memory and enough of that too at my harddisc.
There is a lot to say here, I guess you know that.
