Actually, lol. Someone mentioned they just came back from Detroit whatever that means. Where is DOW located?

Mark just called me in response to an email....

BLUF: A/S increase was necessary to protect company against vendors with some large accounts receivable. They do not plan to use these shares but felt the needed to take steps to protect themselves.

Also, they (Jared, Mark, Murph) are driving back from Detroit, MI for what thats worth
