Is anyone still holding ALL of the shares? I have heard conflicting stories that you only need to be holding a small amount of IDMI to remain part of the class action. On the other side, I hear you should keep all? Any one heard a diffinitive way to go?
I only hold about 15,000 shares, so the price from here to $2.64 is really meaningless. I want to sell a majority of my shares to get more DVAX and KGN (sorry, gold stock) but I'm affraid I'll miss out on anly favorable litigation. Help! Thanks.
