Just to put everybody at ease as to dilution, there has been NONE!

The 100 million share trade day we had was on the 11th of May or so and I pulled this line out of the May 20th filing.

May 20th Filing states:

As of May 20, 2009, 562,293,791 shares of our common stock were outstanding.

Which means that all that volume was just someone who owned a ton of shares waiting for the chance to get out. Then when the PPS looked to be slipping again they said screw it and dumped them all off bc they thought we were going to be knocked down to pink status.

However, BHWF came through and filed what they needed to and the E has been dropped and all is back to normal.

Now give us a PR and we will take off, IMO!

Lets do it BHWF!!! We've waited long enough.


Actually, People should be buying now if they read that filing. Only a little over 500 million shares and a loss of only 23,000 which is down from the prior years loss of like 450,000 and only trading at .0001!

Its a freaking steal if you ask me!
