I favor your version of the new corp. organization.

However, I do think you and Rubco as senior stk holders should have first rights of refusal for the new BOD.

As for me, may we have many future stock offerings.............

BTW my friend if we should get through this morass, while Doc and Monty will get the operational heavy lifting credits, you will certainly get the credit for keeping us whole.....your faith and optimism are worth a million bucks.
