I agree completely with you guys. The hysteria surrounding the increase in authorized shares is sophmoric frankly. There are multiple good explanations including (1) an attractive acquisition and/or (2) having shares available for a substantial new investor. I purchased another 100k shares at .13 today, which I view as a gift. I invested initially in two private rounds of MMR US and believe in the business model and management team. I compliment Bernie/Rainmaker, who have provided extraordinary insight/due diligence, which has benefitted all of us. Convinced me to start taking additional large positions at .04 per share, including for my kids. Finally, I talked to the head of MMR Australia today (in which I also am an investor) and that entity, which includes the licensing rights to Canada, now has a bright future. I'm in for the long haul and it is great to have some intelligent people at my side.
