I am following what IHub has stated. Since this has nothing to do with the STOCK, then it does not need to be on the board. IF, the company was involved, then yes it would be allowed, just like the DOJ investigation talk was allowed. If you do not agree, then go to the board link I mentioned and ask them about it. I do not write the rules, I am here to follow the rules, whether I or anyone else agrees or does not agree with it.
