the CEO just upped the A/S by 3 billion shares, w/o any notification as to why.

this was just found out and my advice and that is all it is, would be to get out before this news really hits the streets..the only people who know about as of now are "MOST" board members here on IHUB...and the shareholders who have recently checked the Nevada site.

This will probably get ugly fast once the news really gets out.
