Bill, The camera would be color by day and in low light and darkness it would switch to B&W and IR. I saw an early color prototype SecureView at SEVU last June.

Sanyo makes a camera that does this also. There may be other companies as well. Check out MCM Electronics. The advantage with SecureView is it has the IRFS feature. Other cameras require routing of wires.
