You really do need to wake up, quit hoping, and face reality
that these shares are worthless in Bankruptcy, and BK is
what it is. Sell them for 60c while you can and move on.
The shares are pieces of paper now. They are not tied to any
share of ownership in new GM that will emerge from Bankruptcy some
day, not even 1%. FWIW, I am not happy about this outcome and
I tried to be GM value investor at various points of this decline
to zero, but it is what it is. GM always stopped me out. Hopefully
this is for the better, and the company will re-emerge strong from
bankruptcy. Then NEW shares will be issued, THESE shares will
remain worthless.
